Return policies

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. For the return to be eligible, the item must remain in its original condition, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return meets the criteria, we'll provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. For any inquiries regarding returns, feel free to contact us at support@lpwoodcraft.com.

 

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please examine it promptly. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please get in touch with us immediately. This allows us to promptly assess and resolve the issue.

 

Customized Products

If you've purchased a custom-made product, we'll send you a visual proof for your approval. You'll have up to 72 hours to review and request up to three changes in the customization. Upon your approval, an email will be sent to confirm the final approval. After this confirmation, you'll have a 24-hour window for any reconsideration or cancellation, with no further alterations possible.

Should there be no response within this timeframe, we will consider it as the final approval and commence production. At this point, returns or refunds will not be possible, except in cases of manufacturing defects, following the same rules described earlier.
